Our infant and toddler room is designed for children 2 weeks through 2 1/2 years.

 

OVERVIEW

During the course of the day each child has opportunities to create, explore the environment, and learn through first hand experiences.

 

As our infants grow to the toddler stage and into their twos, our goal is to provide a warm, caring, and stimulating environment.  We do this by providing opportunities to develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally.  Toddlers learn best by experiencing and interacting with their environment.  Our room is designed to be a safe and healthy place to explore.  The toddlers and twos are provided with opportunities to practice newly acquired skills such as toileting, dressing, and eating.

 

Our staff communicates daily with parents about their child's day.  We strive to develop a partnership with each parent so that each child's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs and goals are met.
